Gero & Evaul’s assurance professionals also provide other attestation and general business consulting services including reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures, forecasts, forensic investigation, reports on internal control, internal audit assistance, merger and acquisition analysis and fraud examinations among others.  We have experience assisting our clients not only achieve their audit and assurance objectives, but deal with complex technical transactions and other accounting and financial reporting matters.  

Gero & Evaul’s assurance professionals stay current with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) and receive continuous training in audit, accounting, and compliance matters specific to our clients industry. We also are active in the accounting professional associations.
