Gero & Evaul started off in 2008 as a family owned and operated professional association committed to giving clients the personalized attention they deserve. In 2010 the two original partners, Jackie and Scott, collaborated with Edward F. McCloskey. Though the partnership is still relatively new to South Florida, the partners of the firm have extensive ties to the local business community.

Jackie Gero, CPA has more than thirty years of public accounting experience and is considered one of the top tax practitioners in the area. Jackie is the Founding Partner of Gero & Evaul. Scott Evaul, CPA has over ten years of public accounting experience and his primary focus of practice relates to business tax, consulting, and compliance issues as well as those issues and how they relate to high net worth individual clients. Scott is the Managing Partner of the firm. Edward McCloskey is a CPA licensed in both the states of Florida and New York. Edward has over twenty years of public accounting experience and joins the firm as the Auditing Partner in charge of the firm’s Attest and Quality Control Department.

All the partners convey a selfless tenacity to service each client above and beyond that of a typical accounting firm.
